Can I upload my own design file?
Absolutely. We accept STL, OBJ, PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF files. Simply use the custom order form and upload your file. Our team reviews each submission to ensure it's printable and will reach out if any adjustments are needed before we start printing.
What colors are available?
We currently offer 15+ standard filament colors including White, Blue, Red, Black, Green, Orange, Purple, Yellow, Pink, Gray, Translucent Clear, and more. Specialty colors and custom color matching is available for bulk orders of 10+ units — just ask.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard in-stock products ship within 24–48 hours. Custom orders typically take 2–5 business days depending on complexity. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer tiered discounts starting at 5+ units, with more significant savings at 25+ and 100+ unit orders. Bulk orders are ideal for corporate gifts, events, merchandise, or resale. Contact us via the custom order form to get a quote.
What is your return / refund policy?
We stand behind every product we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll reprint or refund — no questions asked. For custom orders, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
What materials do you print with?
Our standard material is PLA+ (stronger and more heat-resistant than regular PLA). We also offer PETG for parts that need higher flexibility or chemical resistance. Specialty materials like TPU (flexible) or ASA (UV-resistant outdoor use) are available upon request.
